A moka pot is a great way to make coffee at home. If you're an espresso drinker but don't want to get a lever coffee machine, a moka pot is the choice for you.
This special edition is a tribute to the long 90 years since Alfonso Bialetti brought it to market in 1933. Thanks to the timelessness of the design, the appearance of the teapot hardly changes. As well as the look, the teapots retain the production material - aluminium. Thanks to its porous properties, it is able to create a coffee patina on its surface, which protects the teapot and also adds to the taste of the coffee.
The coffee maker consists of three main parts - the bottom water container, the coffee filter and the top part for the finished coffee.
Pour water into the bottom container up to the crease, or to the bottom edge of the steam release valve. Pour medium ground coffee into the coffee filter up to the rim, do not press the coffee down, just align it with the top edge of the filter and place it in the bottom of the container. Carefully screw the top and bottom of the pot together, place on the stove and brew on the lowest flame/programme possible.
Suitable for use on gas, electric and glass ceramic cookers.
Do not wash in the dishwasher or use detergents to wash the teapot.
