Ceylon's Dimbula area includes extensive plantations on the hillsides. The tea grows at an altitude of 1000-1500 m and its quality is mainly influenced by the heavy summer monsoon rains alternating with dry winters. The infusion pleases with its full, pleasant aroma and light colour.

Tea preparation:
1 small teaspoon of tea per cup. Pour the tea into a strainer or directly into a cup and pour 95°C water. Allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then remove the strainer or pour off.
