A highly aromatic, strong and spicy second harvest tea from the Uva region. It has a light copper colour and a characteristic taste with a hint of sweetness.
The Uva region is located on the eastern slopes of the island state of Sri Lanka and is one of the country's best developing tea regions. The tea is called Highland because it is grown at an altitude of 1500-2000 m and the climatic conditions there make it exceptional.

Tea preparation:
1 small teaspoon of tea per cup. Pour the tea into a strainer or directly into a cup and pour 95°C water. Allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then remove the strainer or pour off.
