Chamomile is suitable for external and internal use. It is anti-inflammatory, disinfectant, anti-allergic, increases immunity, relieves cramps or increases sweating.
Used internally: for stomach and intestinal disorders (abdominal distension, bloating, feelings of fullness), for the treatment of stomach ulcers
Taken externally: for inflammatory diseases of the skin and mucous membranes, including bacterial diseases of the sinuses
Chamomile accelerates healing, reduces pain and prevents scarring. It is also used to treat the hair and scalp.
Tea preparation: 1 small teaspoon of tea per cup. Pour into a sieve or cup and pour 100°C water. Allow to infuse for 5-10 min. Rinse or remove the strainer.
