This fine, organic Chun Mee tea comes from the Wuyuan region of Jiangxi Province. The leaves are slightly curved, the infusion is light with a fresh, slightly astringent taste
Tea preparation:
1 small teaspoon of tea per cup. Pour into a sieve or cup and pour 70-80°C water. Allow to infuse for 3 min. Strain for 3 min. then skim off or remove the strainer.
