This wonderful combination of green tea and jasmine flowers comes from the Chinese province of Fujian. The beautiful golden colour of the infusion and the delicate sweet taste will enchant you at first sight.

Tea preparation:
One levelled teaspoon is enough for one cup. Pour the tea into a strainer or straight into a cup and pour hot water at 70-80 °C. Allow to infuse for 1-3 min. Then remove the strainer or pour off the tea. Extend the steeping time for the next infusion. The water may then be a little warmer.
