Keemun Congou tea from the Anhui region of China is one of China's exclusive teas and is considered the most fragrant tea in the world. It has a sweet, spicy to savoury taste. It is a light tea with low caffeine and tannins.
Ingredients:
Black tea
Tea preparation:
1 small teaspoon per cup. Pour the tea into a strainer or directly into a cup and pour 95°C water. Allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then remove the strainer or pour off.
