More
The southeastern Chinese province of Zhejiang is the home of this expressive green tea, known as Mountain Mist tea. Its original name is composed of Wu (mountain mist) and Lu (fresh, green). For this tea the young and tender leaves and buds are harvested in spring or early summer. Infused, the emerald green, carefully twisted leaf produces a fresh and tangy flavour. This highly aromatic tea is particularly appreciated for its refreshing character.
Tea preparation:
1 small teaspoon per cup. Pour into a sieve or cup and pour 70-80°C water. Allow to infuse for 3 min. Drain or remove the strainer.
