During the tasting, we will prepare civet coffee using different methods and you will be able to compare how its taste changes. During the tasting you will learn all about this famous coffee and the civet itself.
You'll learn how civets behave in the wild and how the whole process works, from the civet eating the coffee shake to the brewing and preparation. You will also learn personal experiences and stories about Indonesia, the land of civets.
