During the course, you'll also learn the basics of roasting and we'll demonstrate how to roast coffee on a small roaster right in the shop.

Special coffee preparation and roasting
If you already have a moka pot, dripper or French press in your head, try something a little more special. The course also includes a demonstration of roasting on a small roaster in the shop.
The vacuum pot, a coffee machine resembling laboratory equipment, is gaining popularity abroad and even specialty bars are being built just for this preparation. On our course you can enjoy it in the heart of Brno. If you can't imagine a morning without a cup of espresso, you'll definitely be interested in the Cafflano Kompresso, which is a small compatible equivalent of a lever coffee machine. You'll also learn the difference between making coffee through the V60 and using the Chemex. To give you a taste of a drip coffee machine from another part of the world, we've also included coffee brewing through a Vietnamese phin filter dripper, which is commonly served with condensed milk.
