This Darjeeling tea is harvested in the established garden of Margaret's Hope in late summer after the monsoon season. It is a light, delicately floral tea that combines fresh green shoots with brownish autumn leaves.

Black tea
Tea preparation:
1 small teaspoon of tea per cup. Pour tea into a strainer or directly into a cup and pour 95°C water. Allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then remove the strainer or pour off.
