Everyone knows this tea classic. A strong tea blend from the Chinese region of Assam, it features a full-bodied, spicy, dark infusion. Lovers of East Frisian teas add a bit of candi sugar and a little cream to their cup.
Ingredients:
Black tea
Tea preparation:
1 small teaspoon of tea per cup. Pour the tea into a strainer or directly into a cup and pour 95°C water. Allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then remove the strainer or pour off.
