This Oolong tea from Taiwan is almost green and only very lightly fermented with leaves that are rolled into small, dense balls. The green-coloured beverage has an attractive aroma and a subtly fruity hint reminiscent of peach blossoms.
Tea preparation:
1 small teaspoon per cup. Pour into a sieve or cup and pour 90°C water. Allow to infuse for 5 min. S3019
