This unfermented variety is an alternative to classic Rooibos teas. It is slightly fruity and considerably milder than "red" rooibos.
Tea preparation:
1 small teaspoon of tea per cup. Pour into a sieve or cup and pour 100°C water. Allow to infuse for 5-10 min. S7091BIO version, DE-ÖKO-003, D-HH-3-00436/BCD.
