The Pampojila farm was founded in 1850 by Manuel and Mónica Díaz. The farm is located north of Lake Atitlán in an area of native rainforest. The current owner of the farm, Julio Pedro Herrera Herrick, is a passionate advocate of rainforest conservation and has therefore incorporated the farm into the Association of Private Nature Reserves of Guatemala.
Thanks to the meticulous care, the great climate and the neighborhood with native flora, the coffee offers a fresh fruity aroma, a creamy touch in the taste with notes of tangerine, peach, brown sugar and dark chocolate.
