A relatively strong blend of broken tea leaves, with only milk and sugar missing for perfection. Teas from the Indian region of Assam and the island of Sumatra ensure maximum tea enjoyment to start the day.
Ingredients:
Black tea
Tea preparation:
1 small teaspoon of tea per cup. Pour the tea into a strainer or directly into a cup and pour 95°C water. Allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then remove the strainer or pour off.
