Japan SENCHA FUKUJYU - green tea, min. 50g
Translated it means "Sencha steamed tea". This mechanically harvested Sencha has been steamed to prevent fermentation. The taste is reminiscent of seaweed and has a slightly sharp, distinct and fresh note. The cup is slightly olive.
Tea preparation:
1 small teaspoon of tea per cup. Pour into a sieve or cup and pour 70-80°C water. Allow to infuse for 3 min. Strain for 3 minutes, then skim or remove the strainer.S2011
