Peppermint, cut
Peppermint tea regulates digestion, relieves cramps and muscle tension of the intestinal wall, improves stomach upset in hangovers.
It is also used against flu and colds.
Tea preparation:
1 small teaspoon of tea per cup. Pour into a sieve or cup and pour 100°C water. Allow to infuse for 5-10 min. S7057
