Taste African coffee with a distinctive juiciness of grapefruit and cocoa bitterness.
More information about the coffee in the description below. More
Rwanda Isimbi is inspired by the word Kinyarwanda (literally translated, it means the white top of a volcano), which is used to describe something pure.
A distinctive blend of hand-picked Arabicas from small Rwandan farms, under the auspices of Sucafina Rwanda (Rwacof). Sucafina Rwanda owns a washing station where small farmers bring the beans for processing and then packaging and distributing the beans to the world. In addition to selling beans, Rwacof is also involved in supporting environmental and educational projects, which improves the quality of life for the farmers themselves, as well as the entire region.
The strong coffee with medium acidity combines the juiciness of grapefruit and oranges with cocoa bitterness.
From the current cupping of our barista
The delicate taste of Rwanda with chocolate sweetness. At the beginning we can smell a light acidity of plums, moving into a pleasant tartness of gooseberry and grapefruit. The body flows into slightly bitter notes of walnuts and cocoa, and the after taste mellows the intensity with creamy sweetness.
