A truly "royal" tea from Temi, the only plantation in the former kingdom of Sikkim, now India's northernmost state. The garden produces teas with a distinctive fruity character. This late first harvest tea will win you over with its exceptional elegant flavour.
Ingredients:
Black tea
Tea preparation:
1 small teaspoon per cup. Pour the tea into a strainer or directly into a cup and pour 95°C water. Allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then remove the strainer or pour off.
