The name Cemorrado is a combination of the words Cerrado and Mogiana, which are regions famous for growing Brazil's finest coffee beans. This Brazilian delicacy is part of the Cemorrado Trio collection, which was created especially for Volcafe Select, a green coffee broker with more than 30 years of tradition.

The caramel edition is worthy of its name. It is currently roasted to sweetness, as we are used to and as we like it. We smell a subtle caramel with a hint of hazelnut. On the after taste we find cocoa bitterness
