Guatemala is one of the most important coffee producers in the world, many unique and highly valued coffees are exported from here. Coffee is Guatemala's largest export product, thanks to which the country's economy grows.
This coffee is grown in the Santa Rosa Valley, which is rich in mineral-rich volcanic soils. In addition to the right soil, the area has a high altitude, which allows the coffee cherries to ripen slowly and the resulting flavor is fuller afterwards.
Finca El Catuai coffee has a juicy apple acidity with a full body tasting of tropical fruits with pleasant notes of chocolate.
