Yirgacheffe is the true queen of coffees from Ethiopia, which is considered the origin of coffee. This exceptional coffee is grown in the southwestern hills of Ethiopia, where it is hand-picked and sorted.

High-quality processing and roasting gives it a full body with a light earthy taste and a unique aroma. Yirgacheffe stands out with a spicy aroma with a slight chocolate and nutty touch. In the taste we can feel traces of citrus, tangerine and chocolate.

Mocca is not a typical Yirgacheffe, as we know it: strongly acidic with notes of forest fruits and citrus, here we feel only a trace of acidity, which may suit all those who do not like acidic coffee. We mostly feel the notes of almonds and walnuts supported by the sweetness of cocoa.
